The house is 1152 square feet, 3 bedrooms 1 bath with a 2 car garage. Snug and cute inside, in need of some curb appeal outside.

These were just a couple short videos taken while the inspector was in the house.  Two bedrooms and the laundry room (w/ exit to backyard) are located to the left of the stove.  The bathroom is located on the other side of the counter (past the refrigerator, on the left).  The third bedroom is located in the far back corner (to the left of the television) along with an enclosed porch type area that needs 'finishing' to be a more useful living space.

'Kangaroo Class' & Coloring

I think he saw someone at school color on their face because he knew it was 'funny' before I showed him the mirror!

Keats and the rest of the Kangaroos (new 2 year olds)...Hannah, Jahkai, Ryder, Nick and the amazing Miss Kristin (also Ryder's mom).  They tried and tried to get Keats to smile but this was serious business.  I think he looks much more 'baby-ish' when he's shy so I don't mind!
