I'm not sure what Papa and Keats have been up to during our most recent round of "sick days" but I could take a pretty good guess ! Enjoy, "more heyyo".Keats would only let me get a side view of him for this..anytime I got in front of him for a better view of the strumming, he'd ask to "me see dat" and stop playing to watch the video...

Welcome Loraine Ann Overman!

We are very excited to announce the arrival of our newest niece. We can't wait to play with her and her big brother again, SOON! Welcome to the world, Loraine!

Converted Crib

After Keats successfully climbed out of his crib, every time he was placed in it, over the past 3 days, we decided it was time to surrender to the 'toddler' conversion.  We tried to 'ignore' and not make a big-deal out of the first few successful (and daring) attempts, hoping that he'd forget his new skill, but we weren't so lucky.  I was really convinced he wouldn't do it again after he landed sideways on the humidifier in his room last evening ("OWWIEEE, me midifier hurt"), only to be gently nudged at 6:45 this morning by a sweet smile and a giggling, "me climbed".  

Keats is loving it so far...we'll se if he stays in (we don't have a rail yet!!).  He's so excited, he can't even hold still for a picture for the blog.
